NumXL 1.66 End-of-Life Announcement
NumXL 1.66 PARSON is reaching the natural end of its life cycle. This version was released on December 9th, 2019. We will stop supporting it by December 22nd, 2022.
Two versions are still available: 1.67 (MARTHA) – released Dec 2021 – and 1.68 (CAMEL) – released May 2022. A new version – 1.69 (WOLF) – is also in the works.
Why are we discontinuing NumXL 1.66?
- New and better programs are available (version 1.67 and 1.68).
- Version 1.66 has reached the normal end point for a technology product’s lifecycle.
It is Spider Financial’s goal to make this process as seamless as possible for you and our partners and to provide as much visibility into what you can expect going forward.
When new and improved technologies are available, new developments have made previous versions obsolete, or when our end users, business partners, and the marketplace dictate, we will gradually phase out older versions of NumXL. When our products reach End-of-Life (EOL), we will strive to make the process as non-disruptive as possible, providing advance notice and a transparent process to make the transition seamless for users.
We encourage everyone to update the NumXL subscription to the newest version, which offers more functionality and stability. Don’t worry though: this process is not mandatory, and we understand if you do not wish to update immediately.
